妊娠，分娩，産褥期は産科DICや深部静脈血栓肺塞栓症といった産科救急が発生しやすい．日常臨床において凝固線溶系臨床検査は，その病態把握のために重要な役割を演じている．しかしながら，妊娠，分娩，産褥期は凝固線溶能が非妊時と比較して変化しており，各凝固線溶マーカーでは大きく変動しているものもある．そのため，こうした変動を理解したうえで臨床検査結果を解釈する必要がある．

In pregnancy, delivery and puerperium, there is an elevated risk of emergency including DIC and venous thromboembolism.　The laboratory examination on blood coagulation and fibrinolysis is important in evaluation of severity in a critical condition.　However, attention should be paid to understanding of the results because, compared with the non-pregnant state, coagulation and fibrinolysis are physiologically changed in pregnancy and puerperium.
