はじめに

　鼻腔異物は圧倒的に小児に多い疾患であるが，磁石が鼻腔異物である症例は比較的少ない。また鼻腔異物が両側鼻腔に存在することは稀である。今回われわれは磁石による両側鼻腔異物症例を2例経験し，うち1例は鼻中隔穿孔にまで至っていた。鼻腔異物の文献的考察を加え報告する。

　We reported rare cases of magnetic foreign bodies in the bilateral nasal cavity. In case 1, there were two magnetic bodies in the right nasal cavity and three magnetic bodies in the left nasal cavity. The perforation of nasal septum was observed in this case. In case 2, there was one magnetic body in each nasal cavity, and the perforation of nasal septum was not observed. We considered that the result of nasal septum perforation by magnetic foreign bodies in both nasal cavities depends on the force of their magneticity.
